Dining Out Programme from Coeliac New Zealand

Coeliac New Zealand have launched The Dining Out Programme (DOP) as a training and accreditation programme for the hospitality and catering industry to ensure gluten free food is produced and served safely for coeliac and gluten free diners.

Our staff have completed an online training course so they have knowledge about coeliac disease and what and why best practice is important for all coeliac diners and how to provide it.

We have met a Kitchen safety checklist and an independent gluten free audit.

Being an accredited DOP business is important to provide reassurance to gluten free consumers that our venue has made an investment in providing safe gluten free food and that their condition is taken seriously.
